PETG Sheets

PETg Flat Plastic Sheets (Food Safe)

PETg Flat Plastic Sheet

The durable and impact-resistant PETg sheet is light in weight and offers outstanding optical clarity and light transmission. PETg is an amorphous copolyester that does not crystallise when heated, preventing the sheet to whiten or crack, which makes it ideal for use in fabrication and vacuum forming, as well as both hot and cold bending techniques.

Compared to traditional transparent materials, PETg continues to maintain its toughness for lower sheet thicknesses, making it a more cost-effective choice. As the sheet does not absorb moisture and does not require pre-drying, processing times are reduced which again will help thermoforming manufacturers to save both time and money.

PETg Flat Sheet is the ideal product for a wide range of sign & display applications including point of sale equipment, signage, illuminated advertising signs, displays and graphic arts and is suitable for protective glazing applications including vending machines, interior safety glazing, office partition screens and workplace protective screens. In addition, Marpet-g FS is resistant to most chemicals and atmospheric pollutants. It has a good fire performance, is 100% recyclable and the resin is FDA approved for food contact.
