Access Plastics Ltd trading as 365plastics.ie has the right to cancel any order made through 365plastics.ie online store. Descriptions, prices, stock, or any other information related to products sold through this store are given in good faith and are not guaranteed to be accurate. 365plastics.ie can choose to cancel any transaction/purchase, for any reason and at any time prior to delivery. If applicable a full refund will be made to our customer.

Shipping & Delivery

Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and paypal payments.

In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Cut To Size Service

We provide a free cut to size service on our plastic sheets, which includes straight cuts in square or rectangular shapes only. This service is intended for standard use and designed to help customers conveniently manage their sheet sizes for typical applications.

Please note:

Excessive or highly customised cutting requirements may be subject to an additional charge.

If you require shapes other than straight square or rectangular cuts, our in-house plastic fabrication team is happy to help. We can quote for custom shapes, complex layouts, or additional services. Please contact us on 01 8010022 or email sales@accessplastics.com for a tailored quote.

We provide a cut to size service on our plastic sheets. This involves cutting in square and rectangle shapes only. We do have an in-house plastic fabrications team which can quote you on all other cut shapes or additional specific requirements, please contact us for a quote on 01 8010022 or sales@accessplastics.com

Sheet sizes on our website are provided to guide you on price and some sheets will need to be cut down from larger master sheets, when placing your order, please allow time for cutting and handling prior to dispatch.

Standard Usage Policy

All products and services offered by Access Plastics are provided on the basis of normal usage. This includes standard applications, cutting, and handling as typically expected within the scope of our advertised services.

If any order or request falls outside the scope of standard usage, such as requiring extensive customisation, non-standard formats, additional handling, or fabrication, this will be determined solely at the discretion of Access Plastics. In such cases, we will contact you in advance to inform you of any additional charges or lead times, and obtain your approval before proceeding.

Shipping


We ship only in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. The cost depends on the weight of your items and destination zone. Collection is always available in Ashbourne, County Meath, and is free. All collections are between 9am and 4pm Monday to Thursday & Friday 9am to 3pm only. We will contact you when your order is ready for collection. 

The easiest way to determine your shipping cost is to add your item to the cart and go to checkout. Once your delivery address is entered the next screen will show your delivery cost.

We do not deliver to other locations.

We reserve the right to make alternate arrangements if a delivery area is too costly or difficult to reach by our fleet. In this case we will contact you and let you know if any additional costs or time are involved. If we cannot deliver to your location in our fleet of trucks and vans will will try to arrange a courier delivery. Please note that there are some areas in West Cork, Kerry, Mayo and Donegal which we cannot guarantee delivery to and couriers cannot service. Please contact us on 01 8010022 to check if we can deliver to your area before placing your order with us.

Wherever possible, please check the goods INSIDE before signing the consignment note. If there is any evidence of damage to the outer packaging or contents, the consignment note must be signed for as "DAMAGED".
  • "UNCHECKED" will also be accepted.
  • "UNEXAMINED" will NOT be accepted and will result in loss of claim against us.

 

Delivery Schedule

We deliver your order within 5 to 7 business days.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

23% VAT is not included in the purchase price of any items. The tax will be calculated and displayed before payment is requested.

 

 

Privacy & Security

When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption with Paypal. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.Access Plastics Ltd do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to 'Tools | Internet Options | Privacy' and selecting to block cookies. Refunds will be given at the discretion of Access Plastics Ltd. Important Shipping Note: Wherever possible, please check the goods INSIDE before signing the consignment note. If there is any evidence of damage to the outer packaging or contents, the consignment note must be signed for as "DAMAGED". "UNCHECKED" will also be accepted. "UNEXAMINED" will NOT be accepted and will result in loss of claim against us. Shortages or damaged goods must be reported in writing WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT no liability will be accepted outside this period. Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive. A restocking charge may be applied where appropriate.
