The seven-layer internal structure delivers a U-value of 1.60 W/m²K — a significant step up from 2.40 W/m²K for 16mm triplewall and far better than the 3.20 W/m²K of 10mm twinwall. Despite the extra wall layers, 68% light transmission ensures the space beneath remains bright and naturally lit. With a maximum rafter spacing of 1250mm and 200 times the impact resistance of glass, this is the sheet for projects where performance and comfort come first. A co-extruded UV protective layer on the outer surface ensures long-term clarity and durability.

Wider Rafter Spacing: The 25mm 7X wall allows maximum rafter spacing of 1250mm — wider than 16mm triplewall (1050mm) or 10mm twinwall (700mm) — giving greater flexibility in frame design and reducing the number of supporting rafters required.

Impact Resistance: 200 times stronger than glass and highly resistant to hailstones, wind-blown debris and accidental impact. Performance is maintained across a broad temperature range of -40°C to +100°C.

Light Transmission: 68% light transmission keeps spaces bright and naturally lit despite the extra wall layers — only a modest reduction from the 77% you get with 16mm clear triplewall.

UV Protection: Co-extruded UV protective layer on the outer surface blocks over 98% of harmful UV radiation, preventing yellowing and loss of strength over time. Sheets must always be installed with the UV-protected side facing outward.
